(September 16, 2020, 6:56 pm)The customer service I received was stellar. Had a concern with an instore pre paid order & was lucky to have a manager by the name of Akeila help me out. He worked deligently with his team to resolve my concern & offered alternate solutions if my concern could not be resolved. I appreciated that but wanted the product more.
Akeila literally went into action while I was there in the store. He asked that I be patient & would call me in 48 hrs, so I went home. The next day I received a call advising of a delivery for my product. His teamwork, customer satisfaction and dedication to JYSK is amazing to say the least! I also want to Thank all team members who also contributed to a fast solution.
