(November 12, 2020, 12:07 am)I don't live in the city - I live rurally (2 hours away) & I'm incredibly grateful to have found a company that treats me like a neighbor, responds kindly & promptly to any questions I have & (most of all...) patiently helped my husband & I design our own custom wedding bands-how special it is, to have a unique symbol of our love, like no one else's...
For me, it's also valuable to have found a company that helps make purchasing so effortless - I'm still building trust & confidence with purchasing items online, and Firo has had my complete trust & faith since our very first interaction/purchase...they are helpful, honest & have gone above and beyond EVERY TIME I've needed them- they have repaired older sentimental pieces for me as well as designing our brand new wedding set.
When visiting the city, I stopped in to say hello to the team & was warmly welcomed by Owners Fidel & Roni . Their location is clean & bright, and I was given a lovely tour by Margo who is so personable & kind, along with their other great staff, Bridgett & Kevok - I will definitely be coming back to FIRO CREATIONS for my future purchases-I was treated like family-what a lovely experience! 5 star service! -

Even though I reached out to them in such a short time frame I was hoping that they will be able to grant me my wish and I have to say I was absolutely overwhelmed with joy when I saw my pendent sooner than I expected , I got my beautiful diamond and blue sapphire pendent one week before my birthday.
They really did come through for me .
I will recommend their services to anyone who like me , a late shopper.

I highly recommend Firo for any of your jewelry needs. I will definitely be using them again...
The other thing I can say is these guys are down to earth, willing to work with you and extremely kind....
