(May 6, 2021, 5:50 pm)As a Dentist timing was very important for me and this bodyshop punctuality was top notch, they keep updating me with all repairs and ordering and finish time estimation.
Also they considered all of covid protocols while returning the car back, I was a bit worried about that but when I saw the coverage of the seats and steering wheel I felt totally comfortable. They sanitized everything. Quality of repairs was great. Thanks also for detail cleaning of my car upon returning. I would totally recommend this bodyshop to my colleagues. -

(April 16, 2021, 10:25 pm)I can't thank Excellence Auto Collision enough, when I brought my "Honda Fit" to be repaired (after a small accident) I couldn't help but notice the number of higher end vehicles that filled their service bays (BMW, Mercedes Benz, Tesla) and thought my little Honda certainly wouldn't be that important and might be pushed to the back of the line. The service, professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, constant updates and delivery on schedule was exceptional. I was treated like I was their best customer, and my car was delivered, like it was brand new (polished and detailed) If you need and work done to your car (no matter what the make is) do yourself a favour and take it to Excellence Auto Collision, you'll be extremely glad that you did.

(March 17, 2021, 1:40 am)Im usually very hesitant about body shops in the GTA as there are allot of hacks out there. After seeing Excellence Auto’s impressive facility and speaking with Cindy and Peter I decided to book my appointment for paintwork on my E46 M3. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle with pictures throughout the entire time the car was in the shop and they did a phenomenal job matching and laying down the paint. Looking forward to bringing some of my other cars to these guys for paint work in the future. Thank you.

He's professional, explains every step that is being taken and most of all he cares which is an absolute rare quality to find these days. Customer service reps like Shane is a perfect example of why I would continuesly go back to a business regardless of price. Shane, you're amazing and thank you for everything!!!
