The staff is very professional
Dr Lo is patient and thorough she is great with my 4 year old daughter and me
So it had been a few years since my last eye exam and lo and behold, my old optometrist had packed up shop. I came across Dr. Lo's office and I'm certainly glad I did. It was a top notch and a professional experience from start to finish.
However; before I get to the actual service, I must state how convenient the office location is. If you're a driver, this location is excellent. (If you're not, it's right off a bus route!). Ample free parking (great if you hate stressing about parking!) and her office is right on the main floor. Upon entering her office, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. I forget her name (sorry if you're reading this, lol) but she was very courteous and polite. The office is nice and clean. Then came Dr. Lo. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed with care. I also brought my mother to get her eyes examined. If you're familiar with the elderly and slightly hypochondriac mother types, then you'll appreciate that Dr. Lo was very patient and kind with her. Emphasis on the "patient"! On the bonus side, the plaza has some great eats and drinks to have before or after the appointment.
I highly recommend Dr. Lo for anyone needing their eyes examined.
