Spoke with Jamie i believe in scarborough and ordered a cat converter for my ford escape. It was a custom order and the part had to be made in their mississauga office. Went down picked it ip unfortunately my truck died before i could put the part on. Jamie honored the return on the part and waived the restocking fee because of the situation. All around great service and prices product looked great too shame i couldnt use it
