She was able to switch me over from Cooperators because I was able to save 30+ dollars a month with a clean driving record; you would think Cooperator would be able to be competitive even with a employee discount. Also Jessie provides a personal experience if you need help with clarification on your policy when you contact her directly. I was also surprised about the self serve app which i wasn't aware of because I somehow misplaced my policy card and Jessie informed me that this can be viewed on the Allstate app; she also sent me a physical copy as well via mail. Jessie checks all the boxes when it comes down to customer satisfaction. Thanks Jessie.
