(June 9, 2020, 12:26 am)I had an unexpected car issue yesterday - my car wouldn’t start at all. I called roadside service this morning and they said that it was a battery issue. My husband contacted Mr. SONG at Active Green+Ross and he changed the battery in our car to a new one. The process was fast and trustful, as usual. My family is a big fan of Mr. SONG! Thank you so much for your great service and unmatched pricing. We will see you soon for our next oil change.

Great service! I tried to install snow tire from another Active Green Ross from a few days ago. They couldn't do it and asked me go to other auto shop. Finally found this shop and Song arranged tire replacement very quickly . He asked me come any time same day but I Was busy so booked it for today 8am and just spent 45min. To replace 4tires. It was great experience with Song. Thank you so much. -

(May 11, 2020, 2:58 pm)I was impressed with the reviews I was reading for this particular location so I i drove past two other locations that are closer to my home just to come here. I made my appointment for the next day and Im so happy that I did as I was treated to a spotless shop and GREAT staff like Sonny who I believe is the manager.
Sonny was friendly and inviting and doesn't try to up sell all their services. In my case, I went to change over my winter tires on my truck and they were quick and efficient with the whole job taking barely 15 minutes. After some new tire bags and a quick top up of washer fluid, I was on my way..And all at a great price of $39!! (I usually pay $50 and someone told me to try Green and Ross..)
