Emil and Shawn were extremely professional and explained things to me in a way that I understood fully. The quality of work was second to none and I even received a complimentary water bottle just for bringing them business. I will definitely be bringing my car back there for future service and repairs

(July 20, 2020, 2:19 am)I have worked as an apprentice Mechanic for a major dealership. I prefer not to do my own repairs for warranty purposes and general convenience. As a result, I have a fair amount of automotive knowledge and can tell when I am being scammed or upsold. NEVER has this happened at this Green and Ross location. Time and time again I have fed them low hanging fruit and they've been as honest as they come. Their repair quotes are reasonable, they will not try to upsell you or tell you that something is wrong when it isn't. This is a complete anomaly in the automotive industry.
The staff are courteous and will go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a pot of gold. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car to this location.
