The oil change took a bit longer than discussed as they had to get a product from another supplier which took about 15 mins to arrive. Other than the minor delay, all went well. Just make sure you let them know the make and model of your car so any ordering can be done ahead of time. Overall, very satisfied.

(May 11, 2021, 7:16 pm)Update: I returned to them to service my tires and the service is still consistently great, as it was from my first experience described below. Great service, competitive prices, efficient service.
First Experience:
Prices are fair and service was very quick, well-done and professional. It's hard to find a reputable auto shop these days and this location is one of them.
I called before coming by, without an appointment and they were able to take in my car and have it done earlier than they promised. The price was competitive and the staff there are great! -

(May 9, 2021, 12:21 am)Normally a competent, mindful business. However this time, they advised that a part had to be ordered. Hours later, we called on the status. We were told that the part had not arrived, and it was 20 minutes to closing. We were told the car would be ready the next day. At 3 pm, we called AGAIN. The man on the phone was stuttering and kept whispering to another. Told me that the part was delayed due to Covid, but that l could pick up the car and return it the next day to complete repairs. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Why, the part we are talking about is the fuse to enable steering. Clearly they forgot. Two hours later, we get a call to pick up the car. It appears they had a new guy manning things. Not happy!!!!

(November 25, 2020, 1:07 am)Called in to repair my tire the guy who answered the phone was kind, knowledgeable and got me in for an appointment the very next morning. The guys who worked on my car, they were really really nice and the service was tremendous. Not sure what the 2 guys names were that helped me was but one guys name started with a J and the other guy was a big black guy. Those 2 were AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend this shop. 5 stars very well earned! Thanks guys!
