When I had a question, the customer service rep on the phone was helpful . Overall, an easy process from start to finish and the mug looks AMAZING. Clear images and good quality. Would definitely recommend this place

When designing my mug, it gave me a warning that due to the low quality of the picture it may not look good, however I took the risk and it came out to be exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend it’s a great gift for your loved ones. Delivery was poor and late but that’s not the company’s fault it’s on the delivery company and there’s a substantial delivery price. I would recommend if you are able to, pick it up yourself.
