Tracy is an Amazing dietician. I had a great experience with her. Her calm, positive and friendly attitude made me very comfortable along the way. I used to have bad eating habits since i lead a pretty busy life. I did not know what nutrients i am missing and how i should plate my meal. With continuous information and support for the past few months i have now adapted a lifestyle change when it comes to my meals. Tracy patiently heard all my health issues and altered my recipes accordingly. I have now lost over 19 lbs with these recent choices. I am so glad i chose Tracy as my nutritionist.

Tracy is a fantastic Registered Dietitian! She is very kind, supportive, understanding and attentively listens to her clients. She goes above and beyond when creating a personalized meal plan and quickly responds to any questions you may have. Her recipe recommendations are delicious, and are always suited to your taste preference. She has really helped me to find a healthy balance. I have recommended Tracy's services to friends and family, as I know that they would be in good hands with her and be able to openly discuss their concerns and together come up with a personalized solution. I highly recommend Tracy, if you are looking for a Registered Dietitian!

I highly recommend Tracy for all of your nutrition and dietary counselling needs! I first came to Tracy for nutritional counselling; and her holistic, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to developing healthy eating habits was the perfect fit for my busy life. Tracy not only taught me the principles of Intuitive Eating, but also worked with me to incorporate them into my daily routine throughout our sessions. Tracy always found the answers to my (MANY) questions and was an absolute pleasure to work with!
