Great Customer service. Lifetime guarantee. The best thing is that they price match American price(dollar conversion of course) so us Canadians don't get ripped off like we so often do with 99% of the stuff here in Canada.
Shipped to me and arrived next day with hand written card thanking me for the business was an awesome touch. I have been in the store multiple times and always great service.

Went here for a new work backpack. The staff knew their product very well.. the amazing part is they let me use the demo to make sure everything in my current bag would fit into the new one. I was also on work phone calls 60% of the time I was I the store and the staff didnt seem to get annoyed.

Great to have one of the few Timbuk2 retail stores in Toronto. It neatly displays all of their bag options without being cluttered. Their models have distinct features and it's easy to find a bag that's the right fit for your needs. I have 3 of their bags in my household: Flight Classic, Especial Messenger and Convertible Tote. All bags are high quality and will last for years.
