(April 15, 2019, 3:06 pm)Jason and his team are incredibly helpful and really have your pup's best interest at heart. My boy just arrived from Thailand recently and je was too scared to go into the store, so Jason came outside with treats. Unconvinced and unwilling to go into the shop, Jason helped me from outside the store, bringing out products for me to look at and then processing the transaction this way as well. I've been in customer service a long time, and this was above and beyond service. Jason has an extensive knowledge and passion for working with dogs that I really appreciate and trust. We're new, but definitely loyal customers!

The gentleman in the store was very kind, helpful, and highly informative in helping me choose the perfect gift despite the fact that he was in the middle of unpacking stock when I arrived. There was no pressure to buy anything in particular and he took the time to walk me through several different products he thought would be suitable. They seem to have a very wide array of high quality products but nothing beats that outstanding service! Thank you!!
