This place is a hidden oasis, situated in the eastern most point of the Beach District in Toronto, ON. As a professional athlete, I frequent SUOY on a weekly basis to facilitate recovery and expedite recuperation. Some
of my staples include Normatec and ice compression treatment, as well as something called “Brain Tap” that elicits mindfulness and a psychological advantage for competitive athletes.
While you’re there, I highly recommend experiencing a “Luxe Oxygen Dome Glass + Glow Facial”...unbelievable for acne-prone skin and reducing blemishes. Oh, and did I mention, ultra relaxing?

Amazing genuine service. I had a facial with all natural ingredients and the Normatec treatment for my hips and legs. My skin felt great and hips a lot less tight. Highly recommended!
