I'm just a regular consumer, not a tattoo artist or professional or anything so this is the point of view my review is from. I just go there to buy wholesale and inexpensive jewelry and replacements which has never let me down. Occasionally things are sold out but supply is different all the time. The store itself is super super tiny but if you go in and you know what you want it's fine, you can't really shop around but there's a catalog there and online you can look at before you go if you want. Really reasonable prices for that sort of thing, beads and bars etc. They only take debit over $20 though so I would really recommend just bringing cash to save yourself the hassle. Really great place to stock up on jewelry pieces that tend to go missing

This is a tough one for me, if there was half a star I would give it 3.5. The product selection is reasonable and the prices aren't too bad though it has a few issues. First the physical space you have to order from is tiny, I mean barely turn around without hitting 3 walls, tiny. I guess it isn't that big of an issue though it often feels like a seedy drug deal instead of a legitimate business transaction. Secondly the staff here can be hit or miss. They aren't mean by any stretch though I wouldn't call them friendly. Polite enough to get the job done but combined with the tiny space, it is a pretty lackluster experience.

The hidden gem here though is Gary. If you get ANY chance to have a chat with him, jump at it. He is lovely and a blast to listen to.
