Over tens years, I’m doing weight training (short & tight muscles) and I finally found a way to balance my form and stretch me out.
In their private classes, these two amazing knowledgeable ladies have full focus on improving my form, stretching me out and making my body health more sustainable.
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to improve their health with Pilates. -
