  Highly recommend for anyone who studies or codes late into the night.
  
  While flux is limited to your computer and phone, even the blueish white LEDs in most apartment buildings have the sleep preventing light blocked by these glasses.

  Rate it 4.5. It gives me better sleep quality which is a 5. But I spend more time on electronics since My eyes feel less stain so I give it a 4.5 overall.

  I was so excited about them initially, but the habit has fallen away.
  I realize I should have ordered a pair that was more fashion forward than the basic goggle style I ordered. I don't want to wear the style I bought in public and I need to take my dogs out in the evening... this is probably the biggest reason the habit fell away.

  Much comfier to wear than the Uvex orange safety glasses I was using before but they block blue light just as well. Avoiding the computer for several hours before bed is completely unrealistic for me so using blue blocking glasses is a great alternative. I've noticed a big improvement in how rested I feel in the morning since I started using them.

  I bought them for a stocking stuffer for my daughter who is a nurse working shift work. Her comment to me is that she thinks they are wonderful and she believes they do help her be able to settle herself down to go to sleep after a 12 hour shift. I am looking at ordering another pair for my son who has trouble sleeping and is a student who is on the computer for countless hours studying and researching so thought he may benefit from them too.
