  Had a great experience today, Lisa was very informative and able to answer all my questions. It was cool doing the 3D scan and letting her know where I would like to see improvements. Excited to start my journey to straight teeth. Thank you Smile Direct Club and you're lucky to have such a kind person like Lisa on your team.

  From the time I stepped in to the very end of the appointment I was extremely pleased with the service. The lady (sorry forgot her name, blond hair & glasses) at reception who helped process our details and appt times was very friendly and kindly informed us of the waiting times. Then I was helped by Kim, who is so knowledgeable & friendly, made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained the process step by step. Thank you! Highly recommend and it’s fairly affordable. Looking forward to getting my package!

  Char was amazing!!! Super helpful, knowledgeable and fun. I did an Invisalign consult earlier in the week and after my consult with Smile Direct, I had more information and tips and tricks given to me because the staff here are also customers. It made me feel confident that I booked my new smile on the spot. So happy these guys are in Toronto!

  Went for my consultation where I met Kim, who was the nicest ever! She was super thorough with answering any questions I had, and overall she made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I decided to take some more time to think about my options, but Kim was really nice about it and not at all pushy. Everyone here was very polite and made my experience a great one! Highly recommend going here if you've been considering braces/etc, but are nervous about actually doing it. Can't wait to get the process started. Thanks Kim!

  The staff at the Smile Direct Club King West in Toronto were extremely friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The technician was also very informative and reassuring. I was given all the facts, and walked through the whole process so I was aware of the steps and procedures. If you are interested in a cheaper option for invisiline, this location is a good one.
