There are PLENTY of Real Estate agents in Toronto but if you want someone who will take the time to make sure you buy the RIGHT house, you are hard pressed to find someone as good as Shirley Bell and Don Gualt. Where do I start!!!!!??? They are both so friendly, patient and very knowledgable. What I was surprised by was how honest they were when we were looking at a house they thought we might not be happy with in the long run, they were quick to point it out. It was evident that they really did have our long term happiness in mind. What's nice about the 2 person team is if one was busy, the other wasn't. They were very accommodating. We have been in the house they helped us buy for 5 years and we are SO happy and feel so grateful for their help.
When all was said and done, they felt like family. I highly recommend using these two.
