(December 13, 2020, 3:22 pm)First time we've eaten here (takeout), and the food was fabulous. Extremely flavourful and a great take on middle eastern inspired food. Not cheap, but it was worth it. Really look forward to going there in person post lockdown. You'll notice some 1 star reviews that are clearly posted erroneously (some folk from Lyon), a couple who clearly didn't check to see whether the menu was within their budget (I can't afford going to a 5 star restaurant, and certainly wouldn't complain about price and offer a 2 star review because of that), and others who had nothing more to offer than whinges about cultural appropriation. If you care about great tasting food, this has to be on your list to try. If you are unable to afford what's on the menu, or have an issue about the phrase Israeli, then don't go ... simple. Having said that, the food draws inspiration from its origins in the Levant, North Africa, Iran and the wider Middle East. Go for the food!

(October 21, 2019, 11:48 pm)I hosted my birthday dinner here. My guests and I enjoyed our visit. The food was served in generous portions, the space was well lit with very nice decor. The service was pretty good. The only thing I didnt love was the cocktails. I recommend Shook.
