  Ryan helped me sell my condo and also helped Ben and I buy our house. The experience for both was really great due to Ryan's professionalism, advice, and timely communication. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, he understands the market and always aims to find something his clients are happy with. Some realtors can be pushy, however he really listened to what we wanted and gave advice based on that; he never tried to make us feel as though we needed to settle. Selling my condo could not have been an easier process; he helped arrange for cleaning, photo shoot, and marketing materials, and within two weeks my condo had closed while I was traveling abroad. During our house closing, there was an issue with our lawyers and Ryan was really helpful in working through it with us so that in the end we felt no impact. We think Ryan is the best and we are really grateful for his services!

  Ryan was my family's representative for 2 transactions; a purchase and sale. I must say we had a great experience for both transactions. Ryan himself is a great realtor, understood exactly what we were looking for and executed all necessary steps effectively. Also provided us with an exceptional stager and lawyer! Would use him again in the future for any real estate transactions. Highly recommended

  Around the new year, I was planning to move into a new built condo, and i had to deal with my old unit. I was seriously considering holding it, and renting it out, when I found out where prices were like in my building. I then stumbled onto Ryan, who was selling the unit below me. I thought i would give him a call. And he definitely piqued my interest about possibly selling the place. He never put pressure on me, bit was happy to offer his opinion. I put my condo on the market in early spring, and Ryan made everything run like a finely tuned engine! Ryan was always there when I needed any help, running to my place at a moments notice. If there were any issues that needed to be dealt with, he was there. He was always available to put my mind at ease, if I had any concerns. He got me a great price, and I would always want to use him in the future(if I ever sell again)

  I was looking for a real estate agent who would be dynamic and professional to sell my condo in downtown Toronto. Ryan Wykes' name came up and his reviews sounded great.
  We met Ryan and from the first encounter, my husband and I were sold! He is very professional, friendly and dynamic! He knows the market and he knows how to sell. Our sale was delayed due to some finishing touches that we needed to do and Ryan was there to help us, above and beyond what his real estate duties were.
  Our condo sold in just a few days and for well over the asking price. Ryan guided us through the deal and we ended up with great results.
