  After 20 years years of disappointing and frustrating experiences trying to do upgrades or resolve issues over the phone, this experience in store was refreshingly positive! The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and mainly willing to help and try to find options in the system to get you the best price/deal for whatever you are looking for. I also learned about Employee Pricing Plans, I've worked for my company for ten years and not once has anyone from Rogers proactively provided info that my company had a 30% monthly discount (If you work for a major corporation I would highly recommend going into the store and asking them if your company qualifies on their list as there are big discounts to be had). My plan had to go up this time due to the phone upgrade I was looking for, Omar found this discount and the plan now is costing me less than what I was paying with a lot more data. Also brought out promotions which pretty much got me a S10 for almost $0 (versus $319). Great experience, I think I'm done getting the run around with Rogers over the phone, will do any business I can in the future in the stores.

  This location in liberty village is amazing. Kareem was extremely knowledgeable; he was able to simplify rogers jargon that other representatives from other locations were unable to do. My wife and I have decided to upgrade our devices, and Kareem helped with that decision. He was extremely efficient with his service, but at the same time was very attentive to my questions and concerns, very active listening. I have worked in the service industry for a long time, and I must say Kareem is one of a kind, and this location is very lucky to have him. He should be recognized for his excellent service, and can set the bar for how service experiences at rogers should occur. Kareem thank you for everything and I will be back to see you again for any future rogers needs I have!

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Harrison when I came in to purchase a new phone.
  
  Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fair. I was on the fence about renewing my contract and wanted to explore new options. He was patient, answered all my questions and I walked out with a Samsung S10+ a new case and a new contact for all my mobile needs.
  
  Would highly recommend anyone needing any assistance with Rogers or mobile phones in general.

  Harrison is the best rep ever!!
  I live in Mississauga, but will go to this location all the time for all of my Telecom questions or services.
  Harrison puts himself in his patrons shoes and optimizes their quality of service. Making sure you leave with the full understanding of your product or your question has been answered fully.

  Though the issue with my apple/ Rogers phone was not resolved by the store, the staff was very kind and helpful. They helped sort out the issues and were patient and understanding. I had to go to another location , but the service at this location is superb. Would recommend.
