(March 29, 2019, 1:53 am)A wonderfully friendly, pretentious-free gym that has been a staple of the danforth for years. Affordable rates, no contracts, no pressure - just a nice place to get in a good workout. You don’t have to wait hours for a free squat rack!! The staff are great, particularly Shelley the manager, who is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Also they recently got some new top-of-the-line equipment that I’m excited to try.
