(February 3, 2020, 2:14 am)I live in the neighbourhood and stopped in with my Citizen Eco drive watch that had stopped keeping accurate time. I knew it wasn't the battery. Brought my watch in and the owner knew exactly what the problem was with my brand of watch. He ordered the part and had it repaired in a week. Working like new now! Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. The owner even helped me in and out of the shop with my stroller!

The owner quickly assessed what I needed - just a loop and not a whole new band - popped in on, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Just $5.00. Very satisfied with my experience.
