Jonathan Edwards is the best agent in the game. I was always amazed at how he treated every issue with the utmost importance; whether we were talking about a $25,000 parking spot or a $1.2 million dollar property. I haven't ever felt like I was last on his list; instead I feel as though I am always first. I know that I ask a million questions, yet he is always eagerly there to help. He is also extremely knowledgeable and can predict the unpredictable (it's as if he has a crystal ball in his hands). He will be my agent for life!

Jonathan was so helpful and reliable - he'd always respond to any queries we had as quickly as he could. He worked hard to make sure we were always in the loop with what was happening - even when our own solicitors weren't responding or didn't know what was going on! He definitely made the buying process so much smoother and reduced our stress.

At the viewing itself he wasn't pushy, answered all our questions honestly and gave us time to consider, which we really appreciated. He also took time out of his own weekend to allow us to have a second viewing with short notice.
