I have a lot of anxiety around dental appointments, so it's very important for me to trust my dentist and to feel comfortable in general when visiting the office. My experience here has been amazing. Every aspect of my experience at this office has been welcoming, comforting and friendly, and the work has been impeccable. When I reached out to this office to make an appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly and pleasant receptionist, Bozena, who worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. When I came in for a cleaning with the Dental Hygienist, Anna, she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. Her work was amazing! When I had an appointment with Dr. Tan, it was the first time in a long time that I didn't require laughing gas in order to tolerate the experience. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring and I was able to relax. After the experience I received a follow up call from the office to see how I was doing and to ask if there were any issues after treatment (there were none). I'm glad I found this office and feel as though I've found the ideal dental team for me.

The team here are very professional and helpful with their patients, particularly, their receptionist Bozena, and Dr. Dao. His work on implants is superb.

I've been coming here for about 20 years, they've done an amazing job with my condition. Bozena always makes sure to accommodate your schedule and gives you plenty of time in case of schedule updates. Anne is a great hygienist who always makes interesting small talk. New Dental team is just as good as the old one, maybe better.

My husband and I have just recently started going to Queen Roncy Dental. Bozena, the receptionist, is wonderful at coordinating visits and managing insurance coverage. The office is well staffed with kind and expert dentists and periodontists. The hygienists and dental assistants have been so courteous, conscientious and kind. Appointments run on time and Bozena is very helpful about setting up appointments to accommodate my schedule. I feel very fortunate to have found a dental office that is local, has great views of the lake from the dental chair :), is impeccably clean, has all the right equipment and provides expert dental care.

Queen Roncy Dental consistently provides excellent service. Staff are always kind, friendly, and professional. The office is clean and hygienic. The dentist always makes sure you are comfortable and that you understand what is being done. I would highly recommend Q&R Dental!
