(March 28, 2019, 3:01 pm)I always walk in without an appointment and they always make time for me. I've only ever seen someone have to wait once. Very polite staff. Large colour selection. I can only speak to their shellac manicures on my own nails. Always well done and I've never had any issues. I've had different staff members do my nails and they always take their time which I appreciate. Best to pay with cash.

(November 7, 2018, 10:37 pm)The manicurist did a thorough job and took great care with my nails. When I walked in, I asked how much a shellac manicure would be and I was sure the manager said $25 and I repeated it back to her. When she rang me up, I was surprised that it was $39 after tax. I said I thought it was $25 and she very rudely said “no, THIRTY FIVE” as if I were stupid. My finger tips feel very dry which has never happened before- possibly the cuticle softener they used. Anyway- my nails look good but I won’t be going back.
