  Great place for to purchase all flooring needs. I have shopped here for years. Great area rugs selection at fair prices. The staff is very helpful and the owner Julio is hands on and has been there for decades

  Great service. They went above and beyond to get us the tiles we needed quickly and went out of their way to deliver a couple extra boxes when we found out we were short. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us work through the tile selection process as well.

  If I could give them 6 stars I would.
  
  Outstanding service from the moment we stepped into the store. We needed an oddly shaped room carpeted and they answered all our questions. They even dispatched an employee right away to come over and take a look.
  The installers arrived the following week right on schedule and again, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
  
  The installation was quick and flawless.
  
  This was my second experience with Pollock’s. I purchased floor tile from them 2 years ago. They will be receiving all my business from now on.
  
  P.S. I had Home Depot drop by for a visit. Their estimate was much higher along with a 3 week wait.
  
  Easy decision.

  I recently purchased carpet from Pollock's and I have to say from start to finish the experience was great! Ron was such a huge help with suggesting types of carpet to choose from – he always was upfront with letting me know if something would cost more or less (plus ways to save). The installers were beyond amazing. Cosmos installed our carpet and I was speechless when I saw the finished product – it was fantastic. He is definitely the person to ask for. He was incredibly professional and kind – and his skill is out of this world. He truly is a perfectionist and I'm so please with the end result.
