I love this place the girl who was working the day I went (I think she was blond) she was absolutely wonderful so nice and funny gave us great advice and really handled the swarm of people that came in all at once

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DOGGIE DAYCARE HERE! I have never met more dedicated, reliable, caring, friendly, and easy going staff than the ones here. Our very shy dog who normally avoids all strangers wanted to go back after day 1 when he was only ~3 months old. He is now over 2 years old and pretty much pulls us down the block to go to daycare everyday and greets the daycare staff like family. As a bonus, the daycare is NOT overcrowded, has a playground, and is the best value in Toronto (plus it starts at ~8am, an hour before the store opens).

I also appreciate the premium food selections available there that is NOT available at most other larger or chain stores. It's super convenient to pick up quality food when I pick up our dog from daycare.

We also use the groomer there, who does an excellent job every time :)

To sum it up: Best doggie daycare, excellent premium food selection & the most amazing staff ever.

I like this store. Somehow, since I got my dog, this became my favorite store. It's not the big one, but it has all necessary things. I really appreciate having Orijen food there (Canadian, all varieties) and not only US brands. Staff is kind and decently knowledgeable. They also provide grooming services and I believe dog care as well (not 100% sure). Their rewards program is so confusing, points, then points for food and points for different food weight. They should make it simpler

Great pet store. Lots of options and they have a rewards program. Best part is the grooming they offer and specifically Jessica! She is the best and takes care of her clients! You can book appointments online too! Amazing shop.
