His 10 years of experience is very evident in his knowledge and customer service.
He taught me so much about buying rings and it really helped me feel comfortable and ready to make an informed decision!
My Fiance said yes and was so happy with the ring I was able to choose!

(December 25, 2019, 4:12 pm)Yesterday I went to look for a last minute present for my aunt. I spoke with an associate named Sam who apologized for the long wait (which I assumed was going to happen since it was Christmas Eve) it was still nice to have someone who was all about customer service. I let her know what type of jewelery I was open to and the budget. She was extremely helpful, honest and never rushed us. It was great having someone show you all the options and exercise patience (since I am very indecisive at times). In the end I bought a present for both my aunt and mother, and a stuffed puppy (which I am definitely keeping). Would definitely go back to this location and ask for Sam. Here is a photo of our adorable new stuffed puppy in his new home!
