A few years ago Dr Ben-Knaz did my daughter's ADD assessment. We previously had used a different psychologist for our son. It was a night and day difference. Dr Ben-Knaz was competent and seemed to use testing that made a lot more sense. We got to the end and I wished I could more easily lay down money (my issue) to have myself tested. We are now going back to Dr Ben-Knaz to rerun the tests as our daughter graduates from grade 12 and heads into university.
One of our children really liked his experience there and his psychologist, Dr. Michelle Neufeld seemed good at what she does but the service was a 1 our of 10. We had to wait at least a month between each step, she even called us late the night before we were finally to get his results because she wasn't ready (this after I had to chase her make the appointment after not hearing anything for over a month), we are still waiting for a copy of the assessment we paid over $3,000 for ($1,000 over what we were expecting). When we went to pay the balance she had no record of our initial payment. She was pleasant to work with but her organization skills lead to really bad service and a poor overall experience. I wouldn't recommend her.
