  Wow what is great workout. It is non stop for an hour and music was great. Coaches there to assist. I think this group training approach to exercise is the best. I don’t live close to this but will return.

  Late 2016 I was dealing with significant back pain (pinched nerve). After seeing other practitioners for several weeks with no progress, I was in a very tough state of mind contemplating alternative options (surgery) as the pain was affecting my ability to walk and day-to-day operations.
  
  I started seeing Jonathan Lee for treatment and his positive attitude and resilience gave me confidence that I would be able to battle through the pain. I am pleased to say that with continuous treatment for the past 6 months, I've been making tremendous progress and have a positive outlook towards my health.
  
  I highly recommend Jonathan for any rehabilitation or therapy needs. I've worked with several practitioners in the past and Jonathan has been the best as he actually cares about your progression and healing. His dedication to his patients and knowledge of anatomy makes him a world class practitioner.

  I've seen Jonathan Lee off and on for 2 years now for different issues. I may not take care of myself, but this guy definitely does!
  
  He is very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and will get you moving the way you need to for your sport and everyday life.
  
  The location is clean and well kept. The other staff I have encountered here are very friendly and helpful!
  
  As a personal trainer, I would absolutely (and have) recommend Myodetox (and Jon Lee) to any of my clients who need some physical therapy done!

  Went there through a recommendation. Hips were bothering me and I wanted to increase my mobility while maintaining my strength. Jonathan Lee took his time to assess me head to toe and explained at length how my hip tightness may be a symptom of my movements. I've been seeing him for about 3 months and things have gotten immensely better.
