Managed to get a hold of these guys at 11 at night, and sure enough they cam the very next morning. Super professional, knew everything, and were super friendly the whole time.

We had bed bug infestation a few months back. Wanted to wait for a couple of months to be sure.
It was bad and the first company we called made it worse n they spread all throughout the house. We didn’t sleep for weeks and we knew it was just getting worse
Then fortunately we came across merkem and we reached out to them ASAP and can’t tell you how relieved we were even speaking to them.
Unlike other places they were very accommodating and friendly
Affordable
Easy implementation unlike heat treatments where they expect you to turn around your house
Last but not the least EFFECTIVE!!!
Bed bugs vanished 99% after treatment night and 100% within a week

(January 18, 2019, 2:42 am)Marcus and his team are amazing!!! After a guest staying at my home returned from Africa with bed bugs, they answered my call at midnight and had someone there the next morning to get rid of the bugs.
One year later, while staying at a hotel, I thought I found bed bugs. When I texted Marcus a picture, he was able to tell me within seconds that I needn't worry as the bug I found was a common carpet beetle.
Marcus saved my vacation from becoming an anxiety-filled experience.
If I could give Merkem Pest Solutions 10 stars, I would gladly do so!!! -

Took the 2 Gentlemen only a good hour What an other company could not do in 2 weeks/2 treatments. I will recommend them anytime and wish them a successful and happy 2019. Schwendinger.
