Massive Auto Collision

I had many positive experiences dealing with this shop. Tony and company delivered on their promises, treated me with respect and went that extra distance. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My car was vandalized and had about 8 damages left, I was destroyed. Massive Auto Collision took care of everything and the transition to repair was the easiest from the moment they contacted me they were super clear and professional by phone, they sent someone to pick up my car so I would have no problem returning due to the Covid19, They kept me informed of every decision and process, in the end, someone came to drop my car, it looks like new, you would never believe that it was damaged and they were even so nice to clean and disinfect it. I am a very particular person in services and I usually do not recommend but this company really treats you as part of its family and is aware of every detail, I would put my car in your hands on any occasion. I took my vehicle into Massive Auto for rust repair along the roofline of my car just above the windshield. A tricky spot to repair and I was very impressed with Massive Auto's service and communication.

Highlights include:

- A picture/update of the progress made with my car
- Contactless drop off/pickup
- A complete disinfecting of my car (it smelled like a new car when I received it)
- Quality repair

This is the 3rd car I have owned and the 3rd time I have visited Massive auto for bodywork. I will continue to bring my vehicles here it is hard to fund a body shop that instills trust and I will continue to recommend Massive Auto.

They are truly the best as they went above and beyond for the repair of my car even through this pandemic. I would recommend anyone about this repair shop as they truly are passionate about what they do.

Thank you for the excellent job you did painting the front bumper and hood on my Mustang! The paintwork is flawless. I checked out many other body shops but I wasn't pleased with their work. I live in the east end of Toronto and went to Massive because they are that good. Thanks again!!!!
