I really like their staff and management - the building is always clean, pets are welcome here and the building comes with some pretty great amenities. Club Hampton is their state of the art fitness centre next door for residents to use - it has an indoor pool, steam room, weights room and yoga studio. 5 stars all around!

I was really surprised my the rating of this company, I absolutely have to give 5 stars lived here for 3 years (at the other building) and everything is great. From the maintenance of the building to the great attitudes when interacting to the fact they are pet friendly and accommodating. One of the best rentals I have ever lived in. If you are worried about construction and condos, look around the city there is no getting passed that should not be considered when giving the rating of the company.
