Financing a new build can be a stressful process, as rates need to be constantly shopped, and everything happens all at once as you approach your closing date.
Joel made this process a breeze for my wife and I! Being this was our first home, Joel took the time to explain the entire process end to end and took care of all of the logistics and negotiating required to get us an amazing rate.
