(September 28, 2020, 12:46 am)I have been having facials for years. Today was my first visit to Jiva and the one I got done by Neetu was the best I have ever had. She was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. You have to experience it yourself to understand. Aside from her skills, the physical environment was also on point, clean and inviting. You get that relaxing spa vibe from the front desk all throughout the spa. High quality, professional services, there wasn't any cons to my experience.

(August 15, 2019, 11:13 pm)Wonderful experience with Dee! Got a super hydrating facial and a few extractions and came out with squeaky clean skin that felt softer than a baby’s bum. The best part is that Dee never left the room, while the steamer was on she gave a wonderful face and neck massage. I wish I could remember more but it was so good that I fell asleep 10 times :p
