(March 28, 2019, 7:04 pm)I had Claire come yesterday to assess my radiator problems. One is leaking and the other has an air lock. She is very courteous and knowledgeable. She gave me some very good advice. I am definitely getting work done with them once it warms up and I can drain the system. I've been a home owner for twenty-five years and had alot of workmen in to do work. I would say that I would definitely recommend Claire and she is up there with the best.

(March 22, 2019, 11:11 pm)Claire & her colleagues arrived on time. They were careful when removing the old water heater & extra careful when putting the new one in place. She was very thorough in her work & explained the procedures that she performed. She also answered all my questions regarding valves, plumbing, gas lines, vents, etc. She knows her stuff! When the job was completed she went over everything with me & explained how everything works. I highly recommend Claire & Hoerne Heating & Plumbing.

(February 28, 2019, 1:56 pm)Thank goodness for Hoerner! Heating and hot water went out on a Tuesday night...Hoerner came Wednesday morning and had it all fixed before noon. Totally exceeded all my expectations. Andrew was professional, fair and very attentive to details. Will definitely call Hoerner back to repair or install HVAC anytime.
