The staff have a good line in why their disorganisation and your missed appointment is actually your fault. Don't believe it.
The equipment is tired and the environment and treatment areas really need a sizable upgrade to their budgets
But the treatment did actually work

(March 27, 2019, 10:27 pm)In dealing with high performance athletes, this facility is tops. Pierce and administration are warm, friendly, and flexible. Jake is exceptional.. Goes above and beyond, provides specialized, individualized care, is super accommodating, his breadth of knowledge and experience provides superior and effective recovery, and he has a genuine care and concern for the plight of his patients. Have dealt with therapists at many levels across sports and Jake raises the bar . Grateful to have met and been treated at high park Physio . Thank you!
