Holly really helped me with my wrist and back issues from rock climbing! The combination of acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy and body work is amazing and effective. Highly recommended.

Holly offers a very personalized treatment that caters to whatever issues you may be having. In my case, I was looking to treat tight/sore back, neck and shoulder muscles. What I didn't expect was to also learn so much along the way! Holly will answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable and confident that you're working with someone who really knows their practise. You can tell she is passionate and it shows. I initially saw her with the pretense that I would just be poked with some needles and I would feel better. Instead, she listened to the problems I was having and made suggestions to better tailor my treatment. She talked me into the magic of cupping and I now see her every couple months for another treatment.(which I very much look forward to!)

Additionally, the atmosphere is unmatched. You share your space with no one, with no outside noise of the city to speak of. The whole experience is very therapeutic and helps melt the stress away. I'm not claustrophobic, but the space you're treated in is quite large and the open space feels more comforting than smaller clinics.

Overall, I'm very happy with my treatments with Holly and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their quality of life. I guess I should also mention that my back/neck/shoulders have improved significantly since starting treatment. Quite happy with my results :)

High Park Acupuncture is incredible. I was a week overdue with my first baby and really wanted to avoid a medical induction. My care provider recommended acupuncture. I had never had acupuncture before and was a little nervous. Holly put me at complete ease and the atmosphere of the room was extremely calming. I had two appointments (48 hrs apart) and went into labor hours after the second session. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience!

I have been seeing Holly for Acupuncture treatments for the past 2+years. She has successfully been able to treat my ankle and wrist pain. I have done cupping to alleviate muscle tension in my shoulders and back as well. She is amazing at finding the pain points and working through them in a way that makes me feel comfortable.
