We love Heritage Tree Care! They’ve looked after our old and huge Silver Maple so we can enjoy it for a long time; it’s beautifully pruned. They’ve been big supporters of our community garden as well, with probably a dozen deliveries of wood chips and logs over the years. When a City tree fell on the garden, Joe volunteered to help remove branches - free of charge! He sent over a crew with chainsaws and I will always be grateful. They’re great people who love what they do, and very community-minded. They’ve also been delivering stumps to schools that have created outdoor classrooms during the pandemic. Can’t recommend Heritage Tree Care enough!

Discussed the prognosis of an unwell tree, and removal was recommended. Nice folks, did everything they could to minimize damage to surrounding area, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Would use their services again. All the scheduling and invoicing is automated through Jobber (so much better than playing phone tag), but humans are also easy to reach if you have more questions.

The Heritage Tree Care people were brilliant. I know nothing about trees but love the massive ancient sugar maples on our property. I needed to believe they would do the right thing. Very good communication skills meant we knew what they were going to do ahead of time. Then the magic of climbing a tree with a chainsaw in hand. Not exactly, but no massive bucket truck digging up the yard. Just a very skilled guy with ropes and trimming tools. Very impressive: the team did exactly what they had described, went on to deep fertilize and mulch around the trunk. I will have them back seasonally for this guy and other care for other trees on the property. I have seldom felt so well cared for by a service provider.

The neighbouring oak tree was trimmed back to give me some peace of mind that a huge branch would not be falling on my house this winter. It was a tricky job and the crew did a great job with no damage to my garden below. A Japanese maple was opened up to allow a lot more light into the back garden this coming spring and summer which the other plants will appreciate! I'm very happy with the work that was done.

An excellent company. Joe responded very quickly to our initial crisis call and had a team to clean up early the next day. His price was reasonable and he was also great at follow up. All the guys that came to take down our tree were professional, competent and worked very hard. They clearly knew what they were doing, taking down a 100+year old, 90 foot Siberia elm over the course of 2 days. It was fascinating to watch them work.
