She was tireless in helping us (my fiance and I) find a home in the city that we love, despite the many challenges of being a first-time home buyers in Toronto. Over the course of the 7 months we worked with Heather, we never felt pressured by her to make a quick decision. Many realtors don't have patience for the extra effort in finding a place with a first-time home buyer, but Heather was with us every step of the way. Furthermore she understands that searching for a home can be very stressful, especially for young people, and her compassion kept us sane through the madness of Toronto's competative market.
The bottom line is if you want to work with a patient and genuinely kind realtor, ESPECIALLY if you're a first-time home buyer, choose Heather Lochner!
