(September 9, 2020, 9:20 pm)I have been seeing Dr. Bober for more than a year and while working on corrective exercises, I still need the monthly adjustments to be pain free. Having been injured in the past from manual chiropractic adjustment, I much prefer the Activator method.
My only advice us to not rely on the adjustments (because they work and take the pain signal away temporarily) and diligently and consistently perform the recommended corrective exercises and any other advice you are given (for e.g., mindfulness / stress management for those who carry tension in their neck). -
