The ever changing taps of on location brewed beers are just the beginning. With a wide range of flavours and styles for the seasoned beerophile, the list is also approachable for the lesser informed but none the less eager to indulge casual craft consumer. But don’t stop there! Perhaps one of if not the best fried chicken sandwiches the city has to offer. If Asian flavours are your go to don’t shy away from the Tokyo hot, but my personal choice would be the Nashville hot. Not in your face, hate yourself in the morning hot, leave that for having one to many delicious beers! And lest we forget the service, Megan the purveyor of your fine whistle wetters is an absolute delight! But don’t take my word for it GO CHECK IT OUT!!

Really fun brewery. Never too busy, and the service is always great. They are not afraid to try out new brews - there's always something new on the menu whenever I stop in. The food is usually good as well. I just wish it were busier to amp up the vibe a bit.

The service was quite good. And we ordered a beer with a side of shrimps and grits. Soon after getting our order and eating it, the head chef came back it seems from grocery shopping and told us that he was going to make us a new batch, because the first batch wasn't made right. The second batch tasted so much better than the first. It was very flavourful. The shrimp was delicious, and the grits were soft and yummy. As for the beer, I ordered a Light Bearer, and it was quite light and fruity.

Overall, I'd recommend coming here for a drink and some snacks.

My wife and I were the only ones when we came in. The service was amazing, the decor is homely, and the food and drinks were phenominal. I was really searching for a great charcuterie board, and Folly did not disappoint! Everything was spot on! Definitely recommend!
