George and his staff are always courteous and do the very best to get what you need and if they don't have, they'll do their best to find it for you in short notice. There are a number of top quality butchers in the Danforth area, but inevitably I always come back to Ellas. The service, value and quality is consistently outstanding. Keep up the great work!
