  I've been using Dupont for several years now to repair the odd breakdown in my aging furnace. After returning from vacation Feb 9 to a completely non working furnace and a 10 degree house, Mario came first thing Sunday morning. The part was replaceable but as the unit was 17 years old I decided upgrade completely. Not once was I pressured to do so by Mario - he was willing to speedily fix the old one, or install a new furnace - my choice. The techs came promptly the next day and were quick and tidy and thorough. The HE Carrier has been brilliant this past week. They even gave us a new digital thermostat for free and did not charge for the emergency call on the weekend. They also called back a few days later to check in. All warranty and product reg was also done by them on my behalf. I highly recommend Dupont and will be using them for an AC unit upgrade this summer.

  Great Service!! I was in the middle of a no heat in minus 30 and a technician came right away to help me. Even though they were extremely busy, the girl who answered squeezed me in and got someone out. I had heat within 1 hour of my call. Happy i have a company who helps people in critical times. Thanks so much

  Mario and his office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Murphy's Law, our furnace conks out during a cold weather alert. Mario was at our home within an hour. He explained the problem, corrected it, and followed up the next day. Rates were totally reasonable as well. We will definitely call Dupont for all of our future HVAC needs. Outstanding service!

  Had a serious emergency I had no heat in my house couldn’t figure out the problem. So I called Dupont heating for an emergency call and Mario came ASAP and he fixed the issue. My thermostat was broken and wasn’t sending a signal to my furnace. Mario did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mario for any service call. Great guy and very kind and understanding. Very honest

  I had Louie come out to my home as I had a no heat situation and I have 5 children and a bunch of guests over from out of town. Louie was wonderful, he explained everything to me, went out and got the part for our unit right away so that we could have heat. Prices were great and Louie was amazing. Thank you Dupont for helping us out on such short notice.
