I started seeing Dr. Laura for a sports injury I suffered a year ago. She gave me a comprehensive treatment plan that addressed all my concerns, and helped me to prevent further injuries in my activities. I have since been back to see her for regular chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture treatments. She spends a lot of time with me and gives me a lot of information about how to avoid overuse injuries. I would highly recommend her!
I started going to Dr. Stec because of a chronic back condition, but she has since helped me numerous times with all my aches and pains! She was a life saver throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she consistently puts back on my feet after whatever my latest athletic endeavour is and continues to help me manage my back condition. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She'll walk you through all the treatments so you know what she's doing and why, and will give you tips and exercises so you can care for yourself at home.
