(July 10, 2019, 8:05 pm)A very nice French cafe in a great area of Toronto. I dropped in randomly when I had some time to burn and i'm very glad I did. Very large selection of pastries and good selection of drinks. Owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is quite relaxed (the French music helps!). I can see myself coming back here if i'm ever in the area and need a good pastry or coffee.

(June 7, 2019, 4:49 pm)A great addition to the Danforth. After growing up in this neighbourhood my whole life, a nice cafe to buy authentic croissants and other delicacies is an amazing treat! The owner was beyond friendly, she greated me in French and continued to speak in French while I replied with my intermediate level and was always open to questions about her products. The chocolate almond croissants are to die for and the espresso is cheap and delicious! Definitely grab a seat on the terrace outside and you will be transported back to Parisian seats while soaking up all the sun in Toronto. The waitress was extremely kind and diligent as well! This place has an incredibly friendly vibe and has now become my favorite place to grab a coffee and a pastry on the Danforth. After returning from Paris, I have been searching for a place in Toronto that matches the quality and expertise of Parisian bakeries. Thank you Douce France for making that possible!

The mochaccino and chocolate almond croissant were delectable. Looking forward to coming back and try other treats on the menu. Brought back fond memories of my travels in France. Thank you Christel!
