  I’ve gone in many times with the intent to buy and also just to browse if I’m around that area. Every time I have been in, the staff have been very welcoming and not pushy at all. They let you browse and do your thing. If you do have questions they have no problem helping. The owner is cool as well and a great knowledgable about music.
  Wide genre of music as well, and albums that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

  Dead Dog Records is a solid addition to the Dufferin and Bloor Neighborhood. Steve and Christie are fabulous and have one of the best Record , CD , DVD and Book Stores in the west end. Support your local Record Store and make everyday "Record Store" day. You never know what you will find or what will jump out at you. These folks deserve to stay in business from now until the end of time. Did I mention the amazing prices they have? You can dig up stuff that you will not find anywhere else. I got an SACD copy of the Kinks for a fabulous price and anywhere else I would have easily paid double. Go for a Coffee have some Vap and get lost in a amazing selection of very cool Music.   So the owner of this little music store is awesome, so funny, they have a great record selection, cool dad memorbelia and cds. I don't know if you buy cds for anyone but I still buy them for my dad and it sucks that you almost have to order them from amazon most the time. I was so happy to find the little gem of a one stop shop if you have a cool old dad to shop for.
