(June 24, 2019, 7:00 pm)Great vibe to this studio and workout! The instructors are fit and friendly! I found it harder than Barry's because you are using muscles you don`t typically use.Start with the 1+1 beginner pack, it gives you two classes for the price of one!

(March 12, 2019, 1:43 am)CORE is one of the best studios that I have been to in Toronto. I bought the 1 + 1 starter pack and I am very happy with my first two classes. I did the owners class first and thought I was going to die but he made me feel comfortable and helped me get through the class. My second class was with Anya and she was also really attentive and had more of a Pilates style to her! I highly recommend to someone looking for a challenging and motivating class!

(March 9, 2019, 3:26 pm)This was an awesome class! I really like how they use the treadmills and I did exercises that I had never done before! Also, most circuit classes have too much running, this had the perfect amount.
